A Fashion Show
Grace put on a fashion show with some of her new clothes that I got her at a consignment sale. She styled all the outfits herself!
First, we have this pink pig t-shirt and cute green capris perfect for a relaxing summer day.
A pink and red cherry outfit that you can wear to your Grandma and Grandpa's house or even to Grandma Great's!
Next, a red, white, and blue dress that would be great for a summer picnic or for watching the fireworks.
When you are ready to play in the backyard or go to some people's houses, just throw this blue two piece on.
Last, we have a cute flip flop tank and fishy skirt to wear to the beach.
I hope you enjoyed this fashion show...I surely did!
By the way, my camera lens broke or was broken by a certain red head boy and now I'm using my iPhone or this 50mm manual which I'm still learning how to use. I am a little bit sad and hoping to get it fixed SOON!

spring break plans
WOO-HOO!!! Spring Break is finally here! I always put so much pressure on myself when I have time off from school...I should relax, I should play, I should clean, I should finish a project, I should start a project...you get the picture. Anyway, here is (hopefully) a realistic to do list for my break:
do some sort of craft with a friend
make a leprechaun trap with Grace & Carter
have a mini St. Patrick's Day party with this on the kids' menu
Grace will of course need to make some sort of rainbow craft
Clean, organize, and get the house ready for spring
What to do first?
play?
relax?
work?

Dr. Seuss' Birthday
March 2nd is such a fun day...it's Dr. Seuss' birthday! I celebrated ALL day long! First, at school with my kindergarten class and then at home with my family. Grace was sooo excited about the special day! We celebrated in a simple way this year. (Check out last year's celebration here.) We had green eggs and ham for dinner.
And One Fish, Two Fish Jello for "zert."
Then, we made OOBLECK to play with! This stuff is super weird and fun to play with! We mixed 1/2 cup cornstarch, 1/4 cup water, and green food color together. It is both a liquid and a solid depending on the pressure you apply to it!
SuPeR WeiRD!!!
I have green fingers...
...my thoughts are in rhyme...
...I'm exhausted!
"Today was good. Today was fun. Tomorrow is another one."
